We take pride in the quality of our candles and service. Our candles are made using only the highest grade of materials available in the Candle Industry. Our line of candles are manufactured here in N. America and are subject to rigorous testing for quality and safety. Our fragrances are made of essential oils and our wax is food grade. We do not use lead in any of material and our wicks wicks are composed or purely cotton. If for some reason you'd like to return or exchange your order, please contact customer service to coordinate a return or exchange by following the steps below.
1. Contact our Customer Service department at email@example.com . They will confirm your claim for a return or exchange. Please provide your ORDER NUMBER and reason for return. Our daily office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm EST 1-800-375-8023 ext 29. Put your ORDER NUMBER on the box and pack items with the same care we have in order to prevent breakage.
2. Allow up to 3 weeks upon return of goods for funds to be credited to card (minus original shipping costs) or an exchange made.

Returns or exchanges must be claimed within 14 days upon receipt of goods. Do not send any returns to our Canadian address or you will be responsible in paying additional duties & fees imposed by Customs
