How to Order

Q. How can I add items to an order already placed?

A. Contact our customer service by providing your invoice number and what additional products you wish to add if your order has not been shipped already. If your order has been shipped, you'll have to place another order. support@neo-image.com

Q. How do I cancel an order?

A. Please have your order number handy, then call 1-888-986-6448 ext 29 or email the Customer Service desk Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm EST with your request to cancel your order if it has not been shipped out.

Q. Under what conditions may I return my order?

A. If your candles are unused and in the original packaging, you must notify customer service with a reason for return to begin the return process. 

Q. What if an item is damaged in shipment?

A. If your order is damaged, please contact our customer service to make arrangements for a replacement or refund. We will require a photo to initiate the process.

Q. Can I change the shipping address after the order is placed?

Q. Do you deliver to P.O. Box or Military Addresses?

A. We can not ship to P.O Boxes or Military addresses. We recommend using a physical address to receive an order.
